What this is

Earned Dopamine is a quiet, editorial experiment in intentional living. It exists to help you notice the cheap reward loops that quietly run your day — the endless scroll, the second snack, the game you didn't mean to start — and replace them with effort you pay for up front. The argument is simple: a reward means more when you earn it, and a brain that keeps getting something for nothing slowly loses the ability to feel good about anything.

The site is built around a single lived experiment rather than a course or a score. You move through a scroll-based journey from an overstimulated, redline state toward a disciplined, greenzone one. A Consumption page lets you build a plate and watch a body feel the consequences of what you chose. A members area gives you a private back office — a profile, a journal, goals, and five core-life metrics — to measure the honest gap between who you are now and the future version of yourself you are working toward.

It is for anyone who suspects their baseline has slipped and wants to do something about it without a guru, a supplement, or a 30-day challenge. It is not treatment, a diagnosis, or medical advice — just a structured way to pay attention.

It is built by one person, lived before it is sold. There is no launch date and no price yet; the waitlist exists so you can hear when there is something real to send.
