Point B and the Green Zone

by Behind The Post

You need a Point B

"I want to feel better" is not a target. It's a weather report. You can't aim at weather.

You need a Point B — a specific, written-down version of yourself on the other side of the green zone. Not a fantasy. A person. How they train, how they read, how they talk to people, what they refuse to scroll past.

Write them. Not once. Repeatedly. The act of writing Point B is the act of keeping the needle aimed.

The green zone is not the peak

The green zone isn't a permanent high. It's a calm dial. It's the state where the signal is readable again — where effort costs what it should cost, and reward lands where it should land.

You don't live in the green. You return to it. The practice is the returning.

Measure the gap

This is why the back office exists. Point A is who you are now. Point B is who you're becoming. The progress bars are not a score — they're the gap, measured honestly, across the core areas of your life.

The point isn't to max the bars. The point is to know where the dial actually sits — and to keep pulling it back when it drifts into the red.

Results vary. This is not treatment, a diagnosis, or medical advice.
